Rooted and Rising Workshop
This workshop is a sacred space for women ready to heal, grow, and reclaim their identity through faith, reflection, and sisterhood.
Together, we will:

Identify ways that love has been distorted in your past experiences.

Recall key scriptures from 1 Corinthians 13 to understand the biblical definition of love.

Recognize the difference between conditional love and God’s unconditional love.

The Truth We Carry Workshop
This workshop focuses on naming trauma, reclaiming your voice, and beginning the healing process.

Recall personal experiences where truth was silenced or suppressed.

Recognize the connection between trauma and identity.

Understand the biblical promise in John 8:32: “The truth will set you free.”

Describe how unspoken experiences have impacted your sense of self.

This workshop focuses on recognizing red flags and protecting your peace.

Identify common red flags in relationships using the “Is This Love or Is This Control?” checklist.

Recall examples of past experiences where boundaries were respected—or crossed.

Understand the wisdom of Proverbs 31:26: “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.”

Legacy and Liberation
Workshop
This workshop will focus on breaking cycles and healing generations.
Together, we will:

Define generational curses and identify recurring patterns from participants’ family histories.

Recall and reflect on biblical anchors: Jeremiah 29:11 and Genesis 50:20 and explain how they relate to healing and legacy.

Complete the Generational Curse Breaker Worksheet by identifying inherited behaviors, beliefs, or cycles that no longer serve God's purpose.

Recognize the emotional, relational, and spiritual impact of generational wounds

Analyze how specific family patterns have shaped one’s self-worth, identity, and understanding of love.

Engage in the “Rewrite the Legacy” activity to articulate new family values, faith practices, and vision for generational wholeness.

Participate in the affirmation ceremony to publicly declare: “The curse ends with me.” This declaration will serve as both an individual and communal commitment to transformation and healing.

Write to Heal Journaling and Reflection Workshop
This workshop focuses on using your pen as a path to healing and is designed to elevate participants’ emotional healing and self-awareness through reflective writing.

Together we will:

Identify the emotional and spiritual benefits of journaling as a healing practice.

Recall moments of personal grief, shame, or pain in response to guided writing prompts.

Recognize the symbolism of writing (pen, page, and voice) as tools for transformation.

Respond to curated journaling prompts designed to process grief, name shame, and explore emotional wounds.

Write a personal letter to either a younger or future version of oneself, drawing from past experience and future hope.

Describe how personal reflection can be used to access deeper emotional awareness and faith-rooted healing.

Reflect on how life events have shaped current beliefs about worth, healing, and identity.

Engage in an optional sharing circle to articulate a personal insight or moment of clarity gained through writing.

Vision and Identity
Workshop
This workshop focuses on rebuilding who you are becoming.

Recall foundational truths about your worth, identity, and spiritual purpose.

Identify words, phrases, or symbols that reflect your values, dreams, and healed identity.

Understand the purpose and power of vision and identity boards as tools for healing and self-definition.

Create a personal Identity Statement Board that reflects who you are and who you are becoming.
-
Construct a spiritually rooted Vision Board using affirming imagery and scripture-based intentions.
-
Respond to journaling prompts such as “Who am I when no one is watching?” to build self-awareness.
-
Reflect on past beliefs or narratives that no longer serve you and intentionally replace them with life-giving truths.
-
Compare your current identity with the vision you are declaring for your future self.

Participate in a group blessing circle, offering and receiving affirmations that speak life, faith, and direction into one another’s journey.

Develop a 30-Day Gratitude Reflection Challenge plan to carry the healing forward with intentional daily practice.

Design a personal vision affirmation rooted in scripture and spiritual insight to revisit during moments of self-doubt.
