All Sales Are Final – With Heart
Due to the intimate and reflective nature of our products—particularly the Love Actually novel, Rooted and Rising Journal, and curated Heart and Soul Box—all sales are final.
That said, we care deeply about your experience and want to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges due to the limited inventory and specialty nature of our products.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing.
