Love Actually Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Love Actually and The Heart and Soul Collection. Each item is packaged with care and intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully to your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us at orders@love-actually.com before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging, we understand that shipping issues can happen. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@love-actually.com

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or store credit if appropriate.

If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after your order is processed.
